THE LVIS LANDMARKS COMMITTEE is pleased to honor RENEE SIMONS, President of the Sag Harbor Hills, Azurest, and Ninevah Community, collectively known as SANS, and leading advocate for the addition of SANS to the NEW YORK STATE REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES .

A program will be presented by Renee Simons on the history of SANS as a summer refuge for African American families beginning in the 1940’s and the community’s efforts to gain recognition so that its legacy can be celebrated and preserved for future generations . TICKETS $100
