The annual LVIS Easter Egg Hunt always attracts a large crowd of eager children, parents, and grandparents.

• Prizes to those who find the golden eggs

• Easter Bunny for photo-ops

• LVIS Books Shop – “hunt” for great inexpensive children’s books

A holiday party just for our LVIS members and employees!

Each October, LVIS holds an open house for neighborhood youngsters. The house and the dollhouse are decorated for the occasion, treats are distributed, and some of our more theatrical members take turns at storytelling.

Children should come in costume. We will be doing a Halloween craft, Guess How Many Candy Corns, Halloween music, Halloween BINGO, goodie bags and Halloween story time.

Each December we welcome the community to the Gardiner Brown house on a Saturday afternoon when we serve cider, cookies, and eggnog. Mrs. Claus always makes an appearance, making for a great photo op.
